Prohibits persons from hindering or preventing lawful work or employment through mass picketing, unlawful threats, or force.

Prohibits obstruction or interference with entrance to or egress from places of employment through mass picketing.

Prohibits obstruction or interference with free and uninterrupted use of public roads, streets, highways, railways, airports, or other ways of travel or conveyance through mass picketing.

Prohibits engaging in picketing at private residences by any means or methods.

Allows employers or affected persons to bring civil injunction actions in circuit court, with courts required to grant injunctive relief upon finding prohibited conduct occurred, and awards court costs and reasonable attorney fees to prevailing plaintiffs.

Imposes civil fines of $1,000 per day for individuals and $10,000 per day for unions or organizations that violate an injunction, with fines paid to the court and potentially distributed to injured employers upon proof of damages.

Authorizes contempt punishment for failure to comply with court orders issued under this section.
