Amends the Michigan Corporation Law to require that more than 50% of equity and voting rights in a professional corporation practicing public accounting be held by individuals licensed or authorized to practice public accounting in Michigan.

Allows physicians, osteopathic physicians, podiatric physicians, and physician's assistants to organize professional corporations together, with restrictions that physician's assistants alone cannot be the sole shareholders.

Permits licensed professionals from other jurisdictions to become officers, agents, or employees of professional corporations but prohibits them from providing professional services in Michigan until they obtain proper Michigan licensure.

Generally requires that all shareholders of a professional corporation providing services regulated under the Public Health Code be licensed or legally authorized in Michigan to provide the same professional service.

Took effect immediately upon the Governor's approval on October 15, 2013.
