Mandates minimum 2 tornado safety drills per school year with at least 1 conducted during March to prevent weather-related injuries.

Requires minimum 3 interior lockdown/building security drills annually for K-12 schools to address hazardous material releases or dangerous individuals, with at least 1 by December 1 and 1 after January 1.

Requires schools to post documentation of completed safety drills on website within 30 school days and maintain records for at least 3 years, including drill date, type, and principal certification.

Requires K-12 schools to adopt and implement cardiac emergency response plans addressing automated external defibrillator maintenance, emergency team activation, communication protocols, CPR training for grades 9-12, and coordination with local emergency response agencies.
