Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.16g) to modify the description of crimes involving leaving a child unattended by removing the phrase "in vehicle" from two offenses under MCL 750.135a.

Changes MCL 750.135a(2)(c) description from "Leaving child unattended in vehicle resulting in serious physical harm" to "Leaving child unattended resulting in serious physical harm" (Class D felony, 10-year maximum).

Changes MCL 750.135a(2)(d) description from "Leaving child unattended in vehicle resulting in death" to "Leaving child unattended resulting in death" (Class B felony, 15-year maximum).

Clarifies that for violations of MCL 750.145d (using internet or computer to commit crimes), the offense category, offense variable level, and prior record variable level are determined based on the underlying offense.

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4719 (tie-bar provision).
