Requires each state department to create and post an organizational chart by January 1, 2014, showing the name and position title of every public employee and public officer.

Charts must include a graphical representation indicating each position's relationship to other positions for reporting and supervisory responsibility purposes.

The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget shall create and maintain a single public website for posting all departmental charts with searchable functionality.

The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget shall develop standardized guidelines for the charts and provide technical assistance to departments in compliance.

Each department must update its posted organizational chart quarterly or more frequently.
