Amends the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure to modify sentencing guidelines for privacy and telecommunication felonies enumerated in MCL Chapter 750.

Adds unauthorized tracking of a person's location to MCL 750.540(6)(a) and (6)(b) as a Class H felony with a 2-year maximum sentence, or as a Class F felony with a 4-year maximum if resulting in injury or death.

Updates references from MCL 750.540(5)(a) and (5)(b) to MCL 750.540(6)(a) and (6)(b) in the sentencing guidelines table.

Includes sentencing guidelines for eavesdropping offenses, surveillance crimes, and telecommunication violations with penalty ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on offense severity and prior convictions.

Includes a tie-bar provision requiring House Bill 4911 or a corresponding Senate bill to be enacted into law for this bill to take effect.
