Amends Michigan's criminal procedure law to add sentencing guidelines for squatting (second or subsequent offense) as a Class G felony with a maximum sentence of 2 years.

Adds sentencing guidelines for nine terrorism-related felonies, including terrorism without causing death (Class A, life sentence), hindering prosecution of terrorism (Class A or B, up to life or 20 years), and soliciting material support for terrorism (Class B, 20 years).

Includes guidelines for misprision of treason (Class E, 5 years), trespassing on correctional facility property (Class F, 4 years), and trespassing on key facilities (Class F, 4 years).

Effective 90 days after enactment (September 24, 2014), contingent upon simultaneous enactment of House Bill No. 5070.
