Department of Natural Resources may convey Rogue River Streambank Access property in Plainfield Township, Kent County to Kent County for $1.00 consideration.

Property conveyance requires exclusive use for public recreation with equal fees, terms, and conditions applied to all resident and nonresident members of the public.

State retains right to reenter and repossess property if terms are violated, with Attorney General authorized to bring action to quiet title and regain possession if grantee disputes reentry.

State retains all mineral rights and may continue fishery management activities on the conveyed property as deemed necessary.

Revenue from conveyance must be deposited in the natural resources trust fund, and existing lease between parties is nullified upon conveyance.
