Amends Michigan's prostitution statutes (MCL 750.452-750.460) to update language related to criminal penalties and prosecutorial procedures for prostitution-related offenses.

Maintains felony penalties for operating houses of prostitution (up to 5 years imprisonment or $5,000 fine) and for procuring or inducing persons into prostitution (up to 20 years imprisonment).

Establishes that persons who accept money or support from prostitutes' earnings are guilty of felony punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment, with acceptance of such money serving as presumptive evidence of lack of consideration.

Allows prosecution in any county through which a person is transported for prostitution purposes and permits trial in counties where prostitution was intended, consummated, or where overt acts occurred.

Effective immediately upon the Governor's signature on October 16, 2014.
