Amends Michigan's criminal sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.16w) to add human trafficking offenses and related crimes to the list of felonies subject to sentencing guidelines.

Removes previous human trafficking provisions (MCL 750.462b through 750.462j) and replaces them with revised offenses under MCL 750.462f, establishing a tiered sentencing structure based on injury severity and offense type.

Establishes sentencing categories for human trafficking violations: Class D (10-year max) for basic violations, Class C (15-year max) for violations causing bodily injury, Class B (20-year max) for violations causing serious bodily injury, and Class A (life sentence) for violations involving death or certain felonies.

Includes sentencing guidelines for obtaining minors for commercial sexual activity or forced labor (Class B, 20-year max) and for attempts, conspiracies, or solicitation to commit human trafficking violations (variable sentencing based on underlying offense).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of House Bill 5234.
