Amends the Michigan State Capitol Historic Site Act (2013 PA 240) by modifying Section 6 (MCL 4.1946) regarding commission authority and responsibilities.

Rename the governor's ceremonial office in the state capitol building as the "Governor John Engler Ceremonial Office."

Commission retains authority to operate and manage the historic site, maintain and restore the capitol building, maintain grounds, appoint operational management, employ staff, and contract for services.

Commission employees are non-tenured, at-will workers subject to discipline, demotion, suspension, or summary discharge at the commission's discretion.

Commission has no authority over internal senate or house decisions regarding space allocation in the capitol building or parking lot; such decisions remain under legislative control.
