Mandates refresher training on all required topics at least every 5 years after initial training, with specific certification requirements from organizations like the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Requires licensees to maintain and file complete employee rosters with the department quarterly (by April 15, July 15, October 15, and January 15), with failure to submit accurate rosters causing license suspension and preventing license renewal.

Makes falsely representing someone as an employee or agent of a licensed security business a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or a $500 fine or both.
