Amends the Private Security Business and Security Alarm Act (1968 PA 330) by adding section 17b to establish training requirements for private security guards and employees of private security guard agencies engaged in property protection.

Requires the Department to establish training requirements by rule that include at least the topics described in section 17(3)(a)(i) through (v).

Authorizes the Department to determine and include any additional training requirements deemed appropriate for implementation, administration, and enforcement of the training standards.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5333 is enacted into law (tie-barred legislation).
