Amends the Prepaid Funeral and Cemetery Sales Act to modify requirements for prepaid burial contracts in private cemeteries.

Requires persons offering prepaid contracts that include a gravesite in a private cemetery to disclose any required base, foundation, or other preparation needed to accommodate a government-funded gravestone or marker for a veteran.

Requires disclosure that such preparation costs will be additional charges and will not be included at a guaranteed price within the contract.

Applies to contracts entered into after the effective date of the amendment.
