Allows individuals with a valid permit to hunt from a standing vehicle to transport and possess an uncased firearm with a loaded magazine on a personal assistive mobility device if the action is open.

Permits permit holders to possess a loaded firearm and discharge it to take game from a personal assistive mobility device when the device is stationary, holds required hunting licenses, and complies with all applicable hunting laws and rules.

Adds new subsection (5) establishing conditions for firearm use on personal assistive mobility devices, while renumbering existing subsections (5), (6), and (7) to (6), (7), and (8) respectively.

Defines "personal assistive mobility device" as any device, including battery-powered devices, designed for individuals with mobility impairment for locomotion and considered an extension of the individual.

Maintains existing prohibitions on transporting firearms in vehicles unless unloaded and properly stored, with exceptions for disabled persons on game bird hunting preserves and those using sporting clays ranges.
