Grants civil liability immunity to specified professionals who report suspected human trafficking to law enforcement in good faith.

Covers healthcare providers (physicians, dentists, nurses, medical examiners, psychologists), educators (school administrators, teachers, counselors), social workers, law enforcement officers, clergy, and child care providers.

Includes employees of the Department of Human Services in specified roles (eligibility specialists, family independence managers, social work specialists, welfare services specialists).

Establishes a presumption that individuals making reports or cooperating in investigations acted in good faith.

Excludes from immunity protection any negligent acts causing personal injury or death and physician malpractice resulting in personal injury or death.
