Amends section 5718 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify methods for serving eviction demands on persons in possession of property.

Establishes four permitted methods for service: personal delivery to the person in possession, personal delivery to a suitable family member or household employee, first-class mail, or electronic delivery if authorized by written agreement.

Changes service language from singular possessive pronouns to gender-neutral terms ("the" instead of "his").

Specifies that when service is by first-class mail, the service date is the next regular mail delivery day after mailing.

Adds electronic mail as a new service option for eviction demands when both parties have a written agreement authorizing this method.
