Prohibits employers from discriminating against employees or applicants based on reproductive health decisions of the individual or their dependents, or based on the employer's personal beliefs about reproductive health decisions or services.

Forbids employers from inquiring about an employee's or job applicant's reproductive health decisions, including use of particular drugs or medical services.

Prohibits retaliation against employees who file charges, complaints, testify, or participate in investigations or proceedings related to alleged violations of this act.

Allows individuals alleging violations to bring civil actions in circuit court for injunctive relief and damages, including reasonable attorney fees.

Applies to all employers with one or more employees and does not limit other existing employment discrimination protections under law.
