Prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, and their employees from providing material support, participation, or assistance to federal agencies in collecting electronic data or metadata without a warrant that particularly describes the place to be searched and person or thing to be seized.

Prohibits use of state assets and funds allocated to local entities from being used to aid federal agencies in collecting electronic data or metadata without a particularized warrant.

Prohibits state entities from providing services or assistance to federal agencies involved in collecting electronic data or metadata without a particularized warrant.

Prohibits use of information in criminal investigations or prosecutions if the information was obtained by federal agencies without a particularized warrant and provided to state entities.

Establishes violations as misdemeanors punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, with exceptions for compliance with federal subpoenas and voluntarily provided data.
