Expands farmer's market permits under Michigan liquor control code to include micro brewers in addition to qualified small wine makers.

Limits the commission to issuing 1 farmer's market permit per micro brewer and 1 per qualified small wine maker per county for each 1,500 population (or fraction thereof) based on federal decennial census.

Establishes a $25.00 fee per farmer's market location and allows permit holders to conduct tastings and retail sales at farmer's markets without limit on total number of permits, but with maximum of 5 locations per application.

Requires applicants to obtain approval from local police agency and farmer's market manager, restrict tastings to not more than 3 servings of 2 ounces of wine or 3 ounces of beer per customer in 24 hours, and employ only server-trained staff.

Mandates the commission submit a report by July 2, 2015 to relevant legislative committees detailing applications received, approved, and approved by county for farmer's market permits.
