Allows the mother, acknowledged father, alleged father, or prosecuting attorney to file an action to revoke a paternity acknowledgment within 3 years after the child's birth or within 1 year after the acknowledgment was signed, whichever is later.

Permits revocation based on mistake of fact, newly discovered evidence, fraud, misrepresentation, misconduct, or duress in signing the acknowledgment.

Requires the person filing for revocation to prove by clear and convincing evidence that the acknowledged father is not the biological father, supported by blood, tissue typing, or DNA identification profiling.

Allows the prosecuting attorney and Department of Human Services to transfer paternity responsibilities to the friend of the court, a county-employed attorney, or a department-employed attorney.

Effective date: March 17, 2015 (90 days after enactment on December 17, 2014).
