Amends Michigan's Uniform Interstate Family Support Act to allow prosecuting attorneys and the Department of Human Services to transfer child support enforcement responsibilities to the friend of the court, county attorneys, or DHS attorneys

Clarifies that when a responding tribunal receives a petition, it shall file the petition, notify the petitioner by first-class mail, and notify the prosecuting attorney or friend of the court to conduct proceedings

Specifies that support enforcement proceedings are conducted on behalf of the state rather than as representation of any private party

Requires support enforcement agencies to provide various services including obtaining jurisdiction over respondents, requesting tribunal hearings, gathering financial information, and notifying petitioners within 2 business days of communications

Becomes effective March 17, 2015
