Amends the Nonprofit Corporation Act to establish a fee waiver for nonprofit corporations where a majority of members, directors, or shareholders are honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Requires corporations requesting fee waivers to submit a signed affidavit certifying veteran status and copies of DD214 or DD215 forms (or equivalent documentation) for each qualifying member, director, or shareholder.

Applies the fee waiver to all filing fees listed in Section 1060, including fees for articles of incorporation ($10.00), amendments ($10.00), mergers ($50.00), dissolution ($10.00), and other corporate filings.

Defines "armed forces" according to the veteran right to employment services act (1994 PA 39, MCL 35.1092) and includes individuals with honorable character of service or honorable conditions (general) character of service.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
