Requires drug treatment court participants who are veterans to meet with a veteran service organization member or county veteran counselor to discuss available veterans benefit programs they may qualify for.

Defines "veteran" as anyone who served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard (including reserves), or the National Guard/Air National Guard of Michigan or another state.

Maintains existing requirements for drug court participants to pay all court-ordered fines, costs, restitution, crime victims rights assessments, and drug treatment court fees.

Allows courts to waive or reduce fines, fees, or treatment costs if payment would create substantial hardship or interfere with the participant's substance abuse treatment.

Requires courts to terminate a participant's program participation if they are convicted of a felony for an offense committed after admission to drug treatment court.
