Amends Michigan's criminal procedure code to add a new condition of probation requiring veterans to meet with a veteran service organization member or county veteran counselor regarding available veterans benefit programs.

Applies to probationers who are veterans of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or their reserve components, as well as the National Guard or Air National Guard of Michigan or another state.

Makes compliance with this veterans counseling requirement a mandatory condition of probation alongside existing conditions such as refraining from criminal activity, reporting to probation officers, and paying restitution or fees.
