Requires school district boards and public school academy boards to ensure their social studies curriculum includes age- and grade-appropriate instruction about the Holocaust.

Directs the state board to include learning objectives concerning the Holocaust that promote Holocaust awareness in the recommended model core academic curriculum content standards for history.

Applies to all public schools seeking accreditation under section 1280 of the Revised School Code.

Maintains existing requirements that core academic curriculum standards focus only on academic and cognitive instruction, excluding attitudes, beliefs, or value systems not essential to society's legal, economic, and social structure.
