Requires the Michigan Public Service Commission to prepare an annual report by March 1 detailing natural gas pipeline inspection activities and infrastructure status.

Report must include the number of pipeline inspectors employed by the commission and the total number of pipeline inspections conducted in the past year.

Report must document inspector hours spent on natural gas pipeline inspections and the total miles of pipeline inspected in the state during the past year.

Report must list miles of natural gas pipeline identified as needing replacement by each utility according to filed pipeline replacement programs.

Report must specify miles of natural gas pipeline replaced by each utility during the past year, both as a total amount and as a percentage of identified pipeline needing replacement, and must be submitted to the governor and legislature.
