Requires the official journals of the senate and house of representatives to be printed and bound in quantities determined by the secretary of the senate and clerk of the house of representatives.

Mandates the senate secretary retain at least 1 printed and bound copy of the senate journal and the house clerk retain at least 1 printed and bound copy of the house journal.

Requires 1 printed and bound copy of each journal be provided to the Library of Michigan.

Directs that official senate and house journals be made available to the public on the internet.

Allows additional copies to be provided to governmental officers, agencies, and libraries when approved by the secretary of the senate or clerk of the house of representatives.
