Adds assault or assault and battery against a pregnant individual to the domestic violence provisions of Michigan's assault statute (MCL 750.81).

First offense of domestic assault against a pregnant individual is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or a fine of up to $500, or both.

Second offense is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment or a fine of up to $1,000, or both.

Three or more offenses constitute a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment or a fine of up to $5,000, or both.

Expands the existing definition of domestic assault victims to explicitly include pregnant individuals, treating assaults against them with the same enhanced penalties as other domestic violence cases.
