Adds status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking as protected classes in Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act real estate discrimination provisions.

Prohibits real estate agents, brokers, and persons engaged in real estate transactions from discriminating based on victim status in refusing transactions, setting terms and conditions, receiving offers, negotiating, or advertising property.

Defines domestic violence by reference to 1978 PA 389 (MCL 400.1501), sexual assault by reference to Michigan Penal Code sections 520a-520g, and stalking by reference to Michigan Penal Code section 411h.

Extends discrimination protections to include denial of access to or participation in multiple listing services, real estate brokers' organizations, and other real estate business services and facilities.

Maintains existing protections for religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, familial status, and marital status in all real estate transactions and related services.
