Amends the Truth in Renting Act to require lessors of senior citizen or senior citizen/disabled individual residential premises to include a statement in rental agreements regarding emergency generator electricity provision.

Statement must disclose whether the lessor will provide electricity from an emergency generator system during normal electrical supply interruptions, procedures tenants must follow during interruptions, and any restrictions on emergency electricity use.

Requires lessors to prepare a separate written document accompanying the rental agreement that contains the required statement and an acknowledgment, which both lessor/representative and tenant must sign when executing the rental agreement.

Exempts homes for the aged and nursing homes from this requirement, as they are already required to provide emergency generator systems under sections 21335 and 21735 of the Public Health Code.
