• Increases maximum axle load limits from 18,000 pounds to 20,000 pounds for vehicles with axle spacing of 9 feet or more, and from 13,000 pounds to 20,000 pounds for vehicles with axle spacing between 3.5 and 9 feet.

• Reduces maximum gross vehicle weight for crib vehicles carrying saw logs from 164,000 pounds to 120,000 pounds on designated highways.

• Increases permissible axle weights from 17,000 pounds to 20,000 pounds for consecutive tandem axle sets on truck tractor and semitrailer combinations used to transport agricultural commodities.

• Establishes a cap of 120,000 pounds maximum total gross weight for all vehicles, notwithstanding other weight provisions in the law.
