Amends 2000 PA 92 (Food Law) by adding Section 5104 to provide immunity for food donors and nonprofit organizations that distribute donated food.

Provides criminal and civil liability immunity to retail food establishments, farmers, wholesalers, processors, distributors, and other persons who donate food to nonprofit organizations for distribution.

Extends immunity to nonprofit organizations that collect and redistribute donated food to other nonprofits either free of charge or for a nominal fee.

Liability immunity does not apply if the donor or nonprofit organization knew or reasonably should have known that the donated food was adulterated or unfit for human consumption at the time of donation or distribution.
