Changes "shall apply" to "applies" and updates archaic language throughout Section 115 of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act of 1969.

Adds subdivision (g) to include members of religious corporations, organizations, or trusts as employees for workers' compensation purposes when they perform agricultural production, manufacturing, or construction work for compensation from nonmembers.

Clarifies that coverage for agricultural employers of 1 or more employees applies only to medical and hospital coverage under section 315, not full workers' compensation benefits.

Updates grammatical language by replacing "less" with "fewer," "such" with "those," "shall be deemed" with "is considered," and "shall be" with "is" throughout the section.

Exempts agricultural employers not meeting the coverage thresholds in subdivisions (d) and (e) from the provisions of the act.
