Amends MCL 324.40111 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to modify hunting regulations within 150 yards of occupied buildings and dwellings.

Expands the definition of "hunting" in section 40111(6) to reference section 43505 rather than only restricting firearm discharge, broadening the scope of activities regulated near residential structures.

Maintains existing exceptions for persons with disabilities to transport and possess loaded firearms on state-licensed game bird hunting preserves (excluding cars or trucks) when the vehicle operates at no more than 10 miles per hour or is stationary.

Adds a new exception in subsection (4) allowing individuals to transport or possess unloaded firearms in vehicles on sporting clays ranges.

Provides definitions for "person with a disability" (referencing Michigan Vehicle Code disability certifications and plates) and "unloaded" (distinguishing between break-action and non-break-action firearms).
