Amends Michigan's Public Health Code (1978 PA 368) to define three terms related to health profession licensing under section 16107

Defines "permanent revocation" as the permanent cancellation or withdrawal of a license, registration, or authorization to practice a health profession issued by the department, board, or task force

Defines "probation" as a sanction allowing a board to evaluate a licensee's or registrant's fitness to continue practicing over a period of time

Defines "public member" as a resident of Michigan, at least 18 years old, who is not a licensee or registrant, and has no material financial interest in health service provision within 12 months of appointment

Takes effect March 30, 2015, and is contingent on enactment of House Bills 5840, 5841, and 5842
