Amends Section 16 of the 1939 Michigan Labor Disputes Act (MCL 423.16) to clarify employer obligations regarding unfair labor practices.

Reformats existing prohibitions on employer conduct into six categories: interference with employee rights, domination of labor organizations, discrimination based on union membership, company union activities, retaliation for testimony, and refusal to bargain collectively.

Clarifies that employers may permit employees to confer with management during working hours without loss of time or pay.

Specifies that the law does not require employers to publicly post names of employees who elect not to join a union.
