Adds "sexual orientation" as a protected class to Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, covering employment, housing, public accommodations, education, and real estate transactions.

Defines "sexual orientation" as having an orientation for heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality, or having a history of such orientation, or being identified with such orientation.

Prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation in hiring, firing, compensation, housing rentals/sales, lending, and public services, with the same protections and exemptions as other covered classes.

Includes sexual harassment in the definition of sex discrimination and clarifies that discrimination includes conduct based on sexual orientation in employment agencies, labor organizations, apprenticeships, and educational institutions.

Voids any deed restrictions, covenants, or property conditions that limit use or occupancy based on sexual orientation, and prohibits real estate professionals from making representations about demographic changes to induce transactions.
