Amends the Airport Zoning Act to modify public notice requirements for hearings on airport zoning regulation adoptions, amendments, and changes.

For hearings held before January 1, 2015, requires 15 days' notice published in a newspaper of general circulation in the affected political subdivision(s) or county.

For hearings held after December 31, 2014, requires tier B public notice under the Local Government Public Notice Act, plus notice under sections 103(2) and (3) of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (2006 PA 110).

Requires the tier B public notice website posting period to include the 14 days immediately before the hearing.

Bill does not take effect unless House Bill No. 5560 of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
