Amends Section 34 of the Michigan Energy Employment Act of 1976 to modify notice requirements for joint agency incorporations.

Before January 1, 2015, joint agency articles of incorporation must be published in designated newspapers; beginning January 1, 2015, notice must comply with tier B public notice requirements under the local government public notice act.

Changes publication method from newspaper notice to posting for articles of incorporation and amendments effective January 1, 2015.

Updates language regarding articles of incorporation to use present tense ("is" instead of "shall be") for describing effectiveness and validity of joint agency incorporations.

Effective only if House Bill 5560 of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
