Amends the Recreational Authorities Act to change public notice requirements for adopting or amending articles of incorporation for recreational authorities.

Before January 1, 2015, articles must be published at least once in a newspaper circulated within participating municipalities; beginning January 1, 2015, tier B public notice with a link to the articles must be provided under the Local Government Public Notice Act.

Recreational authorities continue to be established by two or more municipalities or districts and may acquire, construct, operate, maintain, or improve public swimming pools, recreation centers, auditoriums, conference centers, parks, museums, or historic farms.

Articles of incorporation must include authority name, participating municipalities, territory description, board size and member selection procedures, purposes, and procedures for municipalities to join or withdraw from an authority.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5560 is enacted into law.
