Amends the Resort District Rehabilitation Act to update public notice procedures for resort district establishment and rehabilitation planning hearings.

Through December 31, 2014, maintains existing newspaper publication requirements; beginning January 1, 2015, requires tier A public notice under the Local Government Public Notice Act for authority establishment and election notices (20-40 days advance notice).

Beginning January 1, 2015, requires tier B public notice with link under the Local Government Public Notice Act for publishing ordinances or resolutions establishing authorities, replacing newspaper publication requirements.

Beginning January 1, 2015, requires tier A public notice with link under the Local Government Public Notice Act for rehabilitation plan hearings (20 days advance notice), replacing the requirement for three newspaper publications and posting in 20 public places.

Effectiveness of this bill is contingent upon enactment of House Bill No. 5560 of the 97th Legislature.
