Adds new protected titles for psychologists including "temporary limited licensed psychologist," "temporary limited licensed masters psychologist," "licensed masters psychologist," and associated abbreviations (t.l.l.p., t.l.l.m.p., l.m.p.).

Modifies Michigan Board of Psychology composition to require at least 2 members with doctoral degrees and at least 2 with master's degrees among the 5 psychologist members, with the fifth seat allocated based on proportional representation of each group.

Removes supervision requirements and advertising restrictions for individuals holding limited licenses under master's degree provisions, allowing them to practice independently.

Allows limited license holders to advertise and represent themselves as engaged in psychology practice using applicable protected titles, provided they do not use titles that do not apply to them.

Establishes that temporary limited licenses for master's level psychologists can be supervised by either a doctoral-level or master's-level psychologist with at least 3 years of experience, rather than requiring doctoral-level supervision only.
