Urges Congress and the President to enact the Agriculture Reform, Food and Jobs Act of 2013 as introduced in the United States Senate.

Notes Michigan agriculture contributes $91.4 billion annually in economic activity and is the second largest industry in the state, with over 56,000 farms producing over 200 commodities commercially.

States the Senate version passed in 2012 would have saved taxpayers $23 billion while reforming numerous programs and strengthening crop insurance, disaster programs, and conservation tools for farmers.

Emphasizes that failure to pass a federal farm bill threatens farms nationwide and critical nutrition programs including emergency food aid and school fruit and vegetable programs.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
