Notes that Section 1312(d)(3)(D) of the ACA requires members of Congress and their staff to purchase insurance from ACA-created health plans or exchanges, subjecting them to the same requirements as other Americans.

Contends that the Office of Personnel Management subsidy covering over 70 percent of exchange insurance costs undermines the ACA's intent and shields Congress from the economic burden ordinary Americans will face.

Argues Congress should experience the same impact of the ACA as constituents to ensure fair evaluation of the law and prevent hypocrisy.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
