Identifies that VA has not yet adopted similar site condominium policies, which would help elderly and disabled veterans access affordable housing in desirable neighborhoods without requiring full condominium development approval.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
