• Amends the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to add unfair and deceptive trade practice provisions related to retail sales return policies.

• Requires retailers selling goods to consumers to post their return policy in a conspicuous place visible to the public at the point of sale and print the return policy on the sales receipt.

• Adds subsection (ll) to define failing to provide written notice of a return policy through posting and receipt printing as an unlawful unfair or deceptive method, act, or practice in trade or commerce.

• Applies to retail sales of goods to consumers and does not create new unfair trade practices beyond those already enumerated in the Consumer Protection Act.
