Names a recreational trail running from White Lake Drive south of Whitehall to Lake Avenue in North Muskegon the "Fred Meijer Berry Junction Trail"

Renames the Hart-Montague Trail State Park to the "William Field Memorial Hart-Montague Trail State Park"

Requires the Department of Natural Resources, in consultation with the commission and Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Board, to develop criteria for naming state parks and other state-owned recreational facilities
