Appropriations are subject to the Management and Budget Act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594.

Legislature intends to provide appropriations for fiscal year 2014-2015 at the same levels as 2013-2014, adjusted for caseload changes, federal fund match rates, economic factors, and available revenue after the January 2014 consensus revenue estimating conference.

Department is directed to identify amounts for normal retirement costs and legacy retirement costs for fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.
