Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines to add prostitution and human trafficking offenses to chapter XVII of the criminal procedure act.

Establishes sentencing classifications for prostitution-related felonies ranging from Class G (2-year maximum) for third or subsequent prostitution offenses to Class B (20-year maximum) for pandering, placing spouse into prostitution, and accepting earnings from prostitution.

Creates sentencing guidelines for human trafficking violations with penalties ranging from Class D (10-year maximum) for basic violations to Class A (life sentence) when the violation involves death or commission of certain felonies.

Adds theatrical recording device offenses to sentencing guidelines with Class G penalty (2 years) for second offense and Class F penalty (4 years) for third or subsequent offense.

Requires that for conspiracy, attempt, or solicitation of human trafficking violations, sentencing be based on the underlying offense's category and variable levels; takes effect January 14, 2015, contingent on enactment of SB 205, HB 5231, and HB 5234.
